4. E-COMMERCE & REGISTRATION TERMS
Product Availability:
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products (such as first-aid kits, AED units, or training materials) to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Course Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Registration fees secure a seat in a limited-capacity class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable.
Physical Items — All Sales Final
All sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
